I'm a employee with 7 months of experience as a recruiter and the first ATS i used is CEIPAL and i was very satisfied recruiting using this ATS and found many candidates for my client requirementCeipal is best for sourcing and recruit as well as collecting data its a Data hub where we can find and utilize many things, and i didn't have experience with other ATS, but this one BEST and User Friendly

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? The features and customization that Ceipal offers are great. It is highly customizable and the database management is easy. Integration with various job boards easily makes it a great ATS. The candidate life cycle from sourcing to onboarding and maintenance is well designed and presented.

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? The sourcing part and the bulk email option make it very easy to source profiles and maintain data in it; we can also track the progress of the profiles, such as interview schedules etc.

"Excellent ATS - I have ever seen like Ceipal"
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? I have used more ATS tools, But I have never seen Ceipal is very user-friendly and tracks applicant and employee activities and our team. It has a simple click to show the results if the user is good at search strings.
