What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? I liked the best is maintenance of database through ceipal. you can get as much as oldest submission details from it. Also It is very helpful for retrieving weekly and monthly reports of submissions. Very Useful for finding candidates for all the IT and NON-IT requirements......

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? Ceipal is a wonderful ATS which has all the features a recruiter will look for. The main feature which I see very useful is that I can control the resume views for users and create a huge volume of Resume Database which is almost not possible manually.

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? One of the best feature which is great on CEIPAL is job board integration and free job posting, which is very helpful and time saving in day today staffing. You can sign in and search on Multiple job boards with a single Boolean string and it will redirect the search result from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Techfetch and others job boards from one string. I personally feel this saves times logging in & out from different job board.

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? I like the ease of use and how customer friendly CEIPAL is. I was able to teach myself, for the most part, how to navigate everything and learn all the different features.
