What do you like best about CATS? I love that you really can set up this system, this ATS, exactly the way you want it. You can add fields, name them whatever you wish, place them where ever you wish, search and report based on that.

What do you like best about CATS? A lot of ATS are hard to use and not configurable/very hard to configure. We have build in trigger for almost everything that kicks out emails to those who need to hear from the recruiter. All the triggers are customizable!

What do you like best about CATS? The flexibility of the CATS ATS is one of the greatest things I've seen in this industry. The ease of use and adaptability make it number one in my book. The way we are able to track and pull reporting has cut down on back end work for our HR department by a great deal. "Very customizable and strong search functionality"
What do you like best about CATS? CATS is highly customizable with a robust search function which makes it easy to keep track of the candidate data that is most important to us. The list of job boards that CATS pushes out to is one of the longest lists I have seen in an ATS.
