What do you like best? Easy to setup and use. Very easy to restore individual files. Flexibility - Can backup continually or on a schedule. Continual backup does not seem to degrade performance provided you have a reasonably fast processor and plenty of memory. Reasonable price for cloud storage. What do you dislike? Carbonite has been reliable and convenient.

What do you like best? I like that I never have to worry about losing important business files. It provides a peace of mind and comes at a very reasonable price. What do you dislike? Good backup solution

What do you like best? It has affordable price. Customer support is easy to get. They help you with setup and installation. And its good backup solution for any business. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike so far. I might be able to say something in future. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it for offsite backup. It would help us in event of disaster recovery.

Excellent service! No one should be left without a backup

What do you like best? Two things: peace of mind (My hard drive has crashed before, and Carbonite has saved me and the ability to access my laptop's files from my phone or tablet. What do you like best? Everyone needs a place to backup their stuff. I am a person that tends to constantly delete things. I have so much stuff that I do on my pc and sometimes I batch delete. What do you like best? I like the ability to have your files available anytime you are away from your computer at another computer if you are on line. Many times I have needed a file from my home computer while I am at work and visa versa. My company backs up my computer to Carbonate, and I also use it at home for my system. Great for backing important backups

What do you like best? Its easy to use. I dont have to worry if my files are being backed up correctly or not. What do you dislike? Im not sure there is really anything I dislike. It does what we need it to do. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It solves the problem of storage on our PCs and we can be sure that our files are safely stored.

Carbonite is OK

What do you like best? The ability to back up constantly or during specific day parts. This is an insurance should I crash my system. A great tool as a Backup but not the best

What do you like best? what I like the best about Carbonite is it's ability to backup your laptop, your phone and your tablet. In one account you can backup all of these devices. It also allows you to access all of these backed up files from any device including your phone. Their mobile app is great too. Easy to use and access the files. What do you dislike? Decent product, but limited

What do you like best? It just works. No complex set up and it runs in the background with minimal to no intervention. The few times I needed a file back, it restored them with no drama. What do you dislike? While the simplicity is part of the charm, in the home edition the controls on what is backed up are primitive. Additionally it is slow, so very slow. If you have a large backup set, expect the first backup to takes weeks or even a month or more. If you need to get all your data back, ...
