"New school solution; old school service"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Using Capsule for 8 years or so. It just did what it advertised form the beginning with gradual useful additions over time. What do you like best about Capsule CRM? We've used Capsule for 5+ years. I was seeking a tool to organize and advance the services we provide to 100's of clients each year. "Great program and customer service"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? It is user-friendly, easy to learn, and simple. And, great customer service. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? The only missing feature for me is that a Person can't be associated with more than one organization. Otherwise, all good. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? The team has more visibility into our sales pipeline and we are avoiding duplication of efforts.

"Overall Assessment of Capsule"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? I've tried multiple competitors, and for the price, this is hands down the best product on the market. Its integration with Outlook is invaluable. Using a Dropbox interface, messages are easily linked to the correct contact for later review. The activity reporting is also handy: it lets you control the frequency of interactions and avoid letting clients drift off through infrequent contact.
