What do you like best about Capsule CRM? East to use, intuitive. No need for special programming just start and use. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Not the most used crm like sales force where there are a lot of custom side apps to load on. Capsule is the easiest & simplest CRM
Capsule is the easiest & simplest CRM I have ever used. It is getting more powerful as it continues to be developed. Think of it like the iphone of CRM's.

Perfect For A Single User Or 50-Person Teams
I used to be in sales and marketing so, I'm familiar with enterprise CRMs. Now that I'm a freelance photographer, I needed something that was appropriate for a single person without losing the functionalities I used in the past. I can also tell that it's easily scalable, especially since my wife is also a photographer and I can track her sales as well.

Highly helpful solution for our business
PROS: I like that I can add custom fields and to measute against those fields. With it I can easily manage employee progress and workflows, and move items through the pipeline. CONS: They could improive the reporting interface because in order to get a report I need to export data to a spreadsheet and to create own. The process is time consuming and unnecessary.

"Easy to use, easy to configure great integrations"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule is very easy to use and very easy to configure. In my last firm we had Salesforce with took a year to implement for 30 users cost nearly $100k in fees. We are only two people but got 90% of the configuration/functionality of Salesforce in a few hours with no integration fees and at a great value. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? "Easy to use"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Very easy to use and any problems have been resolved quickly and efficiently by the customer service staff What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? I do not use all of the features but there is nothing to dislike about the ones I do use. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I use it as a customer record database - it fulfils that requirement

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule is the first CRM my company has used, and I'm delighted at the range of functionality and integrations it has.
