The guided conversations are a little tricky to build. What problems is Capacity solving and how is that benefiting you? It is providing valuable information to the public without the need for a phone call.

What do you like best about Capacity? Capacity has streamlined external communication within our firm, which makes it much easier for us to handle. We also just got access to the AI tools within helpdesk, and it basically writes our responses for us. It cut the time to handle tickets by at least half if not more. Our users love that Capacity is hooked directly to our Loan Origination System (LOS); this integration allows our users to have fast access to loan status or other relevant loan information. What do you like best about Capacity? Capacity helps me with access to information that should be very accessible. I don't want to disturb a team member because I forgot our tax ID or access codes.
