What do you like best about Capacity? Capacity is such a helpful tool. I use it every day for work. I can get all the info I need quickly and efficiently. What do you dislike about Capacity? What do you like best about Capacity? Loving the ability to centralize incoming support requests so we can share the load as a team, the tickets are trackable and we can metric our teams bandwidth!
