Great customer support & product

No idea why there's so many bad reviews about Canva. Looks fake to me, because I've had the opposite experience as all these 1 star reviews. I forgot to cancel my yearly renewal so it rebilled today. I emailed support asking if they could refund it for me. Within 1 hour they've refunded my yearly charge. The product is also great. Really easy to use and was really useful. What do you like best about Canva? I am not very creative, so it really helps to have Canva's templates to which I can add my style and words. I love the library of images and videos too.
