I have been using it for years and never had an issue. What do you dislike about Canva? At a basic level with the free templates I do not have any complaints. On a more advanced level for professionals I wouldn't able to give feedback ...

Great product and wonderful support
Great product and wonderful customer service (by email). As someone who doesn't have any design experience and little talent, I manage to create amazing designs. It's very intuitive, has a huge amount of templates, graphics, photos, and objects, and it's super stable - I never had any issues with it. There are so many small things that make the user experience great and work wonderfully. I'm sure many other people love Canva, they are probably just too busy creating designs that they don't ...
