What do you like best about Canva? It was easy to use, and there are a lot of templates to choose from. I used the Pro version; however, it was nice to see that Canva offered a lot with the free version as well. What do you dislike about Canva? If you plan on professionally printing your designs, you should switch to Adobe Express or another app within creative cloud. Free app for everyone without disigner experience

I love working with this app. I can design a professional CV and Cover Letter for free and I get ideas with designs. I created logos with great ideas from the app. Very easy to handle for everyone with basic design skills. You can just save your work and download it for free whenever you change something. I highly recommend it.

Superior Customer Service!

I have been using the "free" version of Canva for several years. Yesterday I created a 2 sided card & sent it to them for printing. Their prices are super affordable! However, once I had submitted my print order and the 2 hour window had passed to make any changes, I noticed a BIG TYPO that I had made! I was horrified. I contacted them and they promptly (on Easter Sunday) sent me a code to use to re-print/re-order at no charge! Now that is AMAZING customer service!

I have been using it for years at every job I have been at and think it is the easiest to use with the best options for design. What do you dislike about Canva?
