Amazing customer service
There was a serious delay on the delivery, local Fedex was at fault. Fedex never responded to me, nor did they ever contact me, while Canva replied on the same day. Since these were wedding invitations, which were time sensitive, they expedited a second delivery and gave me a coupon for another purchase, all the while being super professional and very quick in their responses. Absolutely amazing.

What do you like best about Canva? How easy and user friendly it is, I don't have a background in graphic design but can make some great content! What do you dislike about Canva? No large complaints, it would be cool if there were additional options and templates for non-profits. What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating accessible content for our social media platforms that looks good on a platform that can be used by our entire team.

What do you like best about Canva? Canva has lots of features compared to other similar products, which I like. And it's super easy to use, which I love the most.
