Sympa pour créer, nul pour commander !
C'est très sympa pour faire des créations en ligne quand on est pas pro. Beaucoup de possibilités et très facile d'utilisation. Mais quand vous passez une commande payante et que ça ne va pas, ça se corse. Aucun moyen de les joindre par téléphone. L'envoi d'un mail reste sans accusé de réception et sans réponse. Horrible software lost me 10+ hours of work
Spent hours designing a resume, then found all versions available for download were for some reason unusable everywhere I tried to upload it.Spent hours more putting it on a different template. Then their software flipped all my text settings to a different color, size, and font. Absolutely horrible software. You'll waste many hours just trying to get your work off the site.

Canva put my email on the dark web!
I tried canva and didn't really like it, but the reason I'm giving it a 1 star review is that I got a notification from my credit reporting agency that my email was found on the dark web (used by hackers and that the canva website was the portal that let it get on there!

Spent hours designing a sign for social media could save it problem their end. Lost all that work

Good platform, terrible results (business cards)
The platform is easy to use and intuitive. However, the business cards that I printed are very disappointed. The quality of the paper is extremely poor (even when you get the premium paper. I wouldn't recommend until they change their paper.
