What do you like best? Canva's interface is easy to use and understand. Their selection of templates are modern and easy to customize. It's easy to share designs with co-workers inside and outside, to collaborate on projects. Offers me simple tools and features that allow me to create quality designs without much technical or artistic ability. What do you dislike? Signed up on the basis of a misleading…

Signed up on the basis of a misleading advert which said they had templates for something they didn't. Immediately start getting bombarded with emails. Deactivated account, unsubcribed - neither made any difference. My account was still there and emails kept coming. No support - just dumps you into a "community". Had to block as spam sender. Avoid.

+2,5 months to get a reply from customer service.

Yet creating designs using canva is amazing, - getting help from customer service is NOT easy nor very professional handled.It took them +10 weeks to reply on several emails I had to send, because I did'nt receive any invoices and could'nt log in, even though I kept being charged money for using the system.For about 2 weeks I havn't been able to COPY a existing banner and I figured out today why, - but I did'nt get any help from customer service.

What do you like best? I don't work directly in a marketing office, but do a lot of marketing for work and Canva has turned my mediocre designs into masterpieces. It's user friendly, takes the guess work out of using intimidating software like photoshop, and offers a host of free images and tools. What do you like best? I like that I can access canva from anywhere. I can use it on my phone, tablet or computer. It is really simple to learn and use. They have premade templates for a TON of different products- post cards, fliers, invitations, web ads, web graphics, trifolds, letterheads and so much more! What do you dislike? Made a corporate logo easily!

What do you like best? When our organization was looking to revive our logo, I used Canva to create the perfect, on brand logo using our theme colors and fonts. It was insanely easy, and we didn't need to hire a graphic designer to make it for us. What do you dislike? Although we purchased pro, we were unable to make the logo become a vector image.
