Please I advise you Stay away from this site. I used it multiple times for my business to create banners. Then two weeks ago I started getting gmail security alerts. Next thing I know $5000 was used from my credit Card to print labels from Shipping Software. I contacted the software company security department. I was told maybe hackers have your info at the Dark web. I changed all of my passwords and changed my credit cards even got rid of my Office computer. I downloaded antivirus software ...

Canva is a tool which is easy to use

Canva is a tool which is easy to use. There's a lot of templates that can guide us users to create our own graphics and designs. On the other hand, it could've been better if they would include a lot of free photos for free trial users.

I don't know what changed about this company in the last couple of years., I was using Canva three and four years ago and absolutely loved it. Even though I had stopped using it I continued to pay my monthly rate. About three months ago I began using it again-still great templates, HOWEVER, when I am designing infographics some of the text simply disappears. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Canva makes designing content more accessible. Even without Photoshop and proper training, anyone can easily whip up a banner that is professional-grade. So far, I haven't had any trouble learning it. The social media banners that we've created here have garnered such positive feedback from our followers too. No customer service

No customer service. They claim you can email them but after four emails I have yet to receive a reply. Hope you don't need a refund because you'll never get a hold of them to get one.

The templates available here are very impressive, not to mention trendy. I can easily tweak the text and other elements in the template too so it is more personalized.
