Perfect for coming up with trendy banners and images.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I think that it's great how usable Canva is. There are some premium templates that you can use and pay for, but the free ones are extensive and pretty great too. I think it's plain genius how they have pre-trimmed templates that are tailor-fitted to common social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. This way, everything is scaled properly and the images are not stretched. I use this mostly for events.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Tailoring the dimensions of our banners is no longer a daunting task. Canva has a set of ready-made templates that are already resized for various purposes. It has a wide library of design elements that anyone can have access to. Extremely user-friendly.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is the perfect tool to use for people like me who don't have proper training in design. It is such a relief to have Canva by my side. Great tool. Easy to create Pro level designs
I needed a tri-fold brochure for a marketing client and didn't want to have to hire someone, it would've taken too long. I found Canvas on a search and was very surprised at how easy it was to create a VERY professional brochure. I'll be using it for all my low to mid level design needs in the future And for what I was using it, there was no cost. Great tool, I highly recommend it.

terrible customer service!
I have been trying to resolve an issue with my account for over a week. The customer service is very disappointing. I never get the same person. Emails come from a different person every time. It takes hours to get a response and the issue does not get resolved. I am very frustrated. It is not possible to talk directly to a person. I am ready to give up on Canva.

Most frustrating customer service
Love the program but am having an AWFUL time getting customer service to remedy a problem with charges on my account. Super frustrating and definitely is leaving a bad taste in my mouth for the company.
