My go-to website/app to use for quick graphic design needs
My go-to website/app to use for quick graphic design when I just don't want to open up the Adobe Creative products. I have been using this product for years and use it multiple times a day. I don't think I could come up with one single complaint. Thank you for this product.

Design and publish with Canva.
What do you like best? I like Canva because you can design what you want, create a logo design, covers for books or blogs and customize them, with a high visual quality finish, you can drag the images from your computer to replace those of the template and compose a montage with Image or collage with several images. What do you dislike? Nothing that upsets me, I have no complaints at the moment, a perfect tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend Canva, ...

A Beginner Graphic Designer's Best Friend
What do you like best? Canva is SO easy to use, which is great for someone who doesn't know a whole lot about graphic design. It makes posts for my job extremely easy. They also offer A LOT of free images and graphics for a "free trial" user but I upgraded to pro and got way more! The templates they offer make things extremely easy, as well. It really takes the guesswork out of making things to post on social media! What do you dislike? I guess the only downside about Canva is that ...

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, no response when asking for a refund for an annual subscription I didn't ask for. Should be an opt in service!

No consideration for customers, have completely lost my trust.
I was only informed today 19/1/20 that they had a data breach back in May 2019. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. How can it take 8 months to inform customers. Completely lost my trust. Have deactivated my account.

Took 8 months to advise of a data breach
"You are receiving this email because Canva reported a data security incident in May 2019, in which email addresses and encrypted passwords were stolen."It took them 8 months to notify their clients, absolutely disgusting. I have deactivated my account with them because of lax security & the time it took to advise me. Thankfully I did not give them my credit information.

What do you like best? Canva huge list of templates for different purposes. Especially for social media managers that I work for where I create regular graphics for their post on different social media accounts. What do you dislike? So far Canva has brought me nothing but joy to my work as I ...
