They take your money without subscription and when you try to get back the money, they ask same questions over and over until you get tired and mad. DO NOT USE CANVA. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I might need to cancel my credit card because of this company.

Quick and easy-to-use templates

Quick and easy-to-use templates. I've used Canva for several years now for quick design projects. I recently ordered print handouts - the quality was great although one of the colors was off. They refunded me the order immediately when I called to advise them about the quality. While I use moo.com for my business cards, Canva is still my go-to for flyers. Will try out their posters next!

Canva and its illegal billing activities

On two occasions, the Canva application offered me a free trial of their "pro" subscription. The same offer warns you that you can cancel before automatic renewal and that they notify you 3 days in advance. Nice products but LOUSY customer…

Nice products but LOUSY customer service. No phone line, just an email and pray that someone responds - usually it's not for a few days.Also DO NOT include your bank details on the site, because its so easy to press the wrong button and before you know it you've been billed $100 for something you didnt want and they dont refund you either.
