Won't let me cancel subscription but takes my money still!!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription and in the meantime they have taken payment and conveniently for them they keep saying they can't deactivate my account and that something "went wrong" it says to contact their very helpful team but there is no way of contacting them because their contact us now button doesn't work. So I guess they'll just keep taking my money whilst I try to find a way of cancelling my account! Very annoying!!

Great light tool, but got its kinks

Great simple design tool for everyone.But their customer support seems to be miles behind their product.Good tool if you don't run into any problems however!

The Canva website is great for for graphic design

What do you like best? Users don't have to have standard graphic design skills to use Canva to make awesome graphics. There are loads of templates and graphics media for us to choose from. We don't have to spend an enormous amount on fees to use this like some other cloud graphic design software. We can export to the common file formats we use like jpeg and png. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Canva is super easy to use. The drag and drop feature makes everything extremely simple. Also, we can zoom in and zoom out according to our convenience. A lot of icons, backgrounds, logos, and vectors are also provided by Canva so that we can create beautiful graphics in minutes. What do you dislike? I have ordered prints from Canva (50 brochures). First, I was extremely disappointed when I received them. It was nothing like the proof. The filter over the pictures was so dark, we hardly can see the pictures. It makes it pretty weird. Amazing app

I find this an amazing app for creating all sorts of publicity for our choral society... posters, huge banners, tickets, in all sorts of formats/resolution qualities, from print-ready to tiny online files. Very easy to use. Loads of styles, layout ideas, backgrounds, fonts, create to your required dimensions. Everything I create looks so professional modern and just fab. All for free (haven't gone for the Pro version yet) - what's not to like?
