What do you like best? way cheaper than photoshop and still has lots of capabilities. the templates are perfect because they are already mapped out for social media including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. great tool and is super easy to use. What do you dislike? it does not have as many features as photoshop but you cannot expect that for the price. cannot export in different types of files. I’ve been using canva for 3 years now…

I’ve been using canva for 3 years now and I am obsessed. I’ve gone to design school and I know photoshop and adobe illustrator well and I love how this program incorporates both. Super easy for beginners as well with pre made templates the possibilities are endless. Just received my first set of purchased prints (100) brochures and they are amazing and a great price! Only con is customer service is a bit slow with response time (2-3 days) but we’re helpful and welcoming to feedback.

Appalling customer service

Average app, appalling customer service. I cancelled my free trial on day 13 yet Canva proceeded to charge me on day 14 for a FULL YEAR subscription. $169.99. I have tried for nearly two months to find someone to help me with this. Countless emails are being ignored. I do not have this kind of money to throw away hence the trial cancellation. Appalling service for a very average app.
