I paid for a year subscription on 5/12/20. I actually wanted the Canva Pro. When I go to subscriptions on my phone it shows that I paid the full amount for a full year of Canva Pro. However, when I log in to the app or the website I do not have Pro, I only have the basic free version . I have contacted support 4 times over the last 15 days and all I get in response is they received my email and are working on it. This is complete fraud for not providing a product that was paid for. AVOID! TAKES YOUR MONEY

Basically the same as most, invoice was sent and money already taken for renewal after free trial. Took a whole years worth and not just a month, absolutely disgusting! I've tried getting in touch, and I've also raised a dispute with PayPal. AVOID!!
