Love the options!
What do you like best? I love the examples of graphics already displayed for you in the program. Either free, or with their premium membership/for a fee. What do you dislike? Sometimes downloading glitches. It will just stop the downloading process. Not always. But it does happen occasionally. Great Service!
I always use this webside for thumbnails which is super easy, efficient and leaves stellar results. More importantly I chose the yearly subscription by mistake, and when I wrote them regarding this they answered within 24 hours and said they'd refund my money and change my subscription to monthly. Great service!

Best program for efficient and professional designs
What do you like best? I like that Canva is not limited to graphic designs or photos, it is great for both of these, but it is also wonderful for creating videos that are more than good enough for social media campaigns. They have an enormous library of photographs and videos and that helps us promote our business on social media. What do you dislike? AVOID at all costs
I wanted to try Canva pro for a month, but I was surprised to see that they charged me for a one-year subscription. I wasn't notified that my trial was about to end.Very shady moves. Avoid using Canva's free trial unless you're sure you want to subscribe for on year!

Do not use their printing services
Whilst I love the design part of Canva, will never be ordering their prints again, ordered some business cards they were shipped late and arrived 10 days later although it said 3-5. Also not happy with the print colours or paper which I chose premium. Waste of money.
