Essential tool in our office
What do you like best? Most of the signage and posters we make are made in Canva. The free version is enough for our use; making posters, event notices, maintenance notices, simple graphics. It is an amazing tool for offices which do not have the time or resources to train up people on Photoshop and similar programmes. Possibly THE WORST customer service…
Possibly THE WORST customer service ever - and I'm both a CanvaPro user AND an affiliate user! Over the past week, I have contacted them via Facebook, Twitter, and I've lost count of how many emails to try and resolve what should be a simple problem. However, I just keep getting some 'out of the box' reply which doesn't sort out anything, and then asked to explain what the situation is over-and-over! Absolutely the worst online support I…
Absolutely the worst online support I have ever encountered in my professional career. I submitted 6 support requests for the same question, and if you don't answer their email within one day, THEY CLOSE THE ISSUE AND YOU HAVE TO START OVER!! Their responses are nonsensical. Debited a full years 'pro' fee without authorisation
I believe that they have automatically turned my 'free' account into a 'pro' account at £8.99 a month and debited a years subscription at over £107 from my card without any notification. I have disputed this with my provider and they have refunded me and are now pursuing Canva, I wouldn't use this company at all.

No quibble refund and super quick response - great customer service!
I signed up to an added feature which had a one-month free 'test' period, merrily tried it out, and then proceeded to do what lots of people do... I promptly forgot about it and didn't even log back on to my account for months! The monthly fee started up and, fast forward about 4 months, lo and behold - I spotted some regular monthly payments coming out of my account. Its a very useful tool that helps you design almost anything in an instance.
What do you like best? The easy way in which i can design with it. What do you dislike? I'm actually happy with it. The only thing i could change is that there would be more free items to use. I AM OUTRAGED. CANVA IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. I SIGNED UP FOR THIS "CANVA" IN HOPES OF RECEIVING A FREE CANVAS. WHAT THE HECK!!!!! THIS IS A VERY MISLEADING COMPANY.
