Shocking website
Shocking website. I canceled the free trial several days before I was scheduled to be charged but they charged me regardless. read the fine print and stay far away from this website. Scam artists!

To make a long story short, I was supposed to cancel my free trial within one month ( I have been getting emails about the payment that going to proceed) but I had a problem with my laptop so I could enter and cancel. After one and a half month, I forgot totally about my cancellation of the app and payment has been charged from my card. £107 out of my bank for no reason. Fuming.
Baffles me how a company can just take £107 out of your bank without any warning & for no reason. Fuming. I signed up for the free trial of Canva pro (which doesn’t end until the 31st of August by which time I would have cancelled it) A few days later I had a PayPal email to say that I had paid £107 to Canva?? One of the greatest tools to easily create professional looking designs online!
What do you like best? I love how easy Canva is to use, how much content and templates there are or you to utilize, and how quick and simple it is to upgrade your designs with the pro features. What do you like best? Canva makes it easy for anyone to create visually appealing designs. What do you dislike? Well, how stupid am I? I took an online tech course with a lovely person who highly recommended Canva. I actually found it very easy to use in the beginning and liked it so much that I upgraded to Canva Pro. Now I am unable to upload my creations to Mailchimp. I have contacted them 3 times in 3 days with no resolution other than the email that they have received my issue. What??? no phone number for customer service??? Scurrilous in the extreme!!! Canva MUST improve their Customer Service
Unfortunately, Canva has the worst customer service I have seen for an online company. They really need to improve in this area. Customers can send a message via a contact form on their website (which they have not made very easy to find btw), but there is no way to track when the message was sent as there is no confirmation email that Canva's support received the message.
