I paid for canva pro/no features

I paid for canva pro, and now in the middle of my subscription (monthly), I do not have access to any features of canva pro, and took so much time of me just to look for a support, and there is no support.There is no customer service, you need to send an email when you get issue and then wait, and wait until someone, someday reply to u which delays the whole design process

Canva automatically turned my trial…

Canva automatically turned my trial into a years subscription and took £107 from my card without any agreement. Be very careful !

Unauthorised transaction

Canva charged £107 to my account on 2 August without prior warning for a free subscription that I had cancelled long before it expired. I contacted the company and was told that they were not aware of the transaction. I then sent them a copy of the notification of payment I received from Paypal but did not get a response. I've sent this nofication 3 times in the past three days and still no response. I'm very upset and want my money back

Ознакомился с сайтом и забыл, он не подходит для моих задач. Потом приходит счет на киви на 993рубля. У меня там даже средств нет и оплатить не чем. Но при пополнении кошелька спишут. Писал в службу поддержки canva - не отвечают.
