I thought I had signed up for a monthly…
I thought I had signed up for a monthly account. Canva charged me a full 12 months. I cancelled my membership and emailed them, requesting a refund. They could not find my membership, then stopped answering any emails. I have so far sent 5 chaser emails, plus proof of payment. I do not have my refund and cannot gain access to the system. A shockingly poor response form a seemingly highly rated business. Rob Powell

I tell all my customers and clients that they should be using Canva
What do you like best? Not only is Canva a time saver, but the templates are fairly easy to use. It also takes a lot of 'thinking' out of how to make a 'best practice' social media design. A lot of people don't know where to start on design and Canva makes it incredibly easy. ALSO, I can create templates and pass them on via link to others. What do you dislike? Mes 3 petits enfants ont créés un poster chacun avec enthousiasme pendant la canicule mais quelle déception à la réception du colis : les 3 posters étaient manquants. J’ai envoyé un mail pas de réponse. Comment puis- je les joindre ? Au niveau de la poste (colissimo) il n’y a eu aucune anomalie quant à la livraison. Que faire ? 68 euros de perdus ?

Charged £18 for pictures, no warning!
DO NOT USE CANVA. I must say I actually liked using canva during the free trial however I decided to cancel it after a month as I was not in a position to afford it -lost my job due to the pandemic. I was just downloading the pictures I had made and in my trial as I had used some of the pro images (which now came up as watermark and this is how I thought it be when I download it as I'm no longer using the trial) I was charged £18 for these images. What do you like best? Canva has a great profile of contemporary flyer versions, press news, printed everything and posters in between. Moving the web site is quite simple since it's a really user friendly interface. The design elements library is quite helpful, though you are able to also publish the own images of yours as well as graphics for wearing in the projects of yours. What do you dislike?
