Ich hatte die monatliche Abbuchung gewählt und alles funktionierte großartig. Bei der Umbuchung auf das Jahresabo scheint dann etwas schief gelaufen zu sein. Denn das Geld wurde zwar vom Konto abgebucht, doch alle Pro Features waren nicht mehr zugänglich. Ich schrieb unzählige Mails an den Support - denn es gibt KEIN Telefonischen Support. If you need printed material, avoid Canva.

Some of the designs clearly are not suitable for printing. There is no indication that that may be the case, and when the poor print result is mentioned, Canva reprints them and the result is the same. A complete waste of time and resources.Seems like a complete lack of awareness of their own products.If you need printed material, avoid Canva.

A joke of a company

A joke of a company! BE AWARE. We bought the photos unlimited subscription and stored over 200 photos we bought in canva. Then ... canva changed the subscription model without notifying us and removed all bought content from our account. We wrote them 10 times to give us access to our bought photos. They just refuse! This will be a legal case here in germany! One of the worst companies we worked with for the last 10 years! If you work professional - do not use CANVA!

Wrongly charged for yearly price?!

I subscribed for one month only - cancelled the free trail so I though and then was charged £107! I've been made redundant due to covid and that was all the money I had... Contacted them nearly a week ago to correct the mistake but still no answer from them... In really worrying times this is not what I need be unfortunately they have been so help. From such a good product to such good service and I'm heartbroken... I emailed escalations and still no response :(

Die ersten Tipps haben nichts gebracht, auf den erneuten Kontakt mit detaillierten Screenshots meines Problems ist 2 Monate nicht reagiert worden. I still don't have any feedback after logging a complaint 3 weeks ago that my designs have disappeared- they then send me an email to tell me my inquiry has been resolved and closed! I still can't find any of my original designs and no feedback from Canva- pathetic support!

Excellent tool for social creation social media content

What do you like best? The thing I like with canva is its simple usage, that anyone can simply and easily start making graphics for their various needs, you should not require any prior experience of graphics designing. By just dragging the elements is enough and you can create almost any type of graphics for your social media channels. What do you dislike?
