I have cancelled my subscription in the month of March 2020, but still this month (august 2020) my account debited for subscription without any pro features... Have deleted account in Canva and raised complaint several times to refund my amount but there is no response at all... Please let me know higher level of escalation channel to solve this issue else no other go than filing a case
