Great content creation platform
What do you like best? All staff can use and be involved in asset creation. Plus its super fast!! What do you dislike? My only gripe would be the print quality of some apparel. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fast content creation.

Be very careful, I was promised a refund and then did not receive it
I was charged for the pro version because I had missed Canva's email prompting me that my free trial was ending. I informed them of this and requested for a refund which they agreed to. I received an email saying that a refund had been credited back to me but it would take a maximum of 10-20 business days to reflect in my bank account. In my account on their website, it also said that a refund has been processed. I have written to Canva many times and checked with my bank who continuously ...

Like the reviewer below I have also had a years worth of money taken form account without any prior notice and even a follow up with how I am getting on with the product. I was going to push ahead with it but after this experience I am going to go elsewhere...Awful from Canva. Stay away!!!!!

I don't know what I'd do without Canva!
I work in branding and advertising and don't know what I would do without Canva. Rather than working in Photoshop and InDesign, I can create branded content super easily here. Their features are incredible and they just keep adding more and more. Royalty-free photography at your fingertips, templates for when you are busy, brand element storage and quick access. Seriously THE BEST!

Why do you have an app that doesnt work…
Why do you have an app that doesnt work on mobile devices? May as well keep it on desktop...I don’t see the reason why an app was created when it doesnt work on tablets or phones

Do not trust this Company!!!
Canva will advertise that it has a 30day free trial and after that time it’s only $17.99, but they WILL INSTEAD STEAL $167.88 from your account!! I am utterly disgusted.. I would have continued using this app but with this type of conduct from a business I would NOT RECOMMEND EVER!! 😡😡😡😡
