Missing Account

I created an account and input my credit card information (to be charged after my 30 day free trial). When I go to log in, I see an error stating that my account cannot be found. I've tried messaging Canva twice already with no reply. Super frustrating and not being able to speak with anyone makes this very difficult. I want to cancel before my credit card is charged.

I especially like this software because it has many templates to choose from and adapt to my specifications. Want to stop using my credit card on a account that is not mine.

I have requested several times that CANVA stop charging my credit for services. I do not have a credit card associated with my account and yet I keep getting charged. Someone is using my credit card under their account and I keep getting charged for it. This is fraud and I sure it is not legal for someone to be using my credit card without my permission. I have told them the account username and still get charged for it.

Canva has changed the way I create , collab and share designs!

What do you like best? I love to use Canva Pro because the features offered are incredible. I can resize any design to the desired dimension for any certain social media outlet or document. What do you like best? The range of things I could make with Canva is really enjoyable. I know I can buy a business card, social networking business card or maybe presentation in only ten minutes. I randomly got a charge on my account for Canva Premium (I believe to be fraud) Unfortunately I cannot contact anyone through the website to get help cancelling and refunding my money! Very upset!
