Suite à une erreur de ma part en créant un 2eme compte j'ai voulu tester canva pro gratuitement.Je n'ai pas fait attention à la fin de la période d'essai.J'ai été facturé pour un an suite à cet oubli.Heureusement j'ai pu contacter canva sur twitter et ils mon répondu immédiatement. De façon très pro. En fournissant les preuves demandées nous avons réussi à trouver une solution à mon problème.Je suis soulagé et ravi d'avoir été orienté et compris par canva.

Génial pour débuter et créer rapidement !
Vraiment gratuite au top, je l'utilise depuis plusieurs années.Recemment été ajouté dans une classe aussi (version payante) et toujours aussi incroyable.Vraiment "le design pour les nuls" mais en bien.

J'ai opté pour l'option pro payante en mai dernier, tout fonctionnait bien jusqu'à il y a deux mois où j'ai pu constaté que l'ensemble de mes designs sur lesquels j'avais travaillé avaient totalement disparu et que je n'avais plus accès à mon compte pro. J'ai envoyé plusieurs courriels signalant le problème, et je n'ai reçu qu'une réponse lapidaire comme quoi c'était réglé, alors que ça ne l'est pas : designs non récupérés, accès pro impossible, pas de remboursement .... je suis extrêmement ...

AVOID!!!
I received my business cards and was not happy with them. They were not evenly lined up. I emailed Canva, a rep gave me the option of a reprint with free express delivery or I could redesign and theyd give me a discount code to the value of my original order.I went with the latter option and they sent me a fake code. It took 4 days to send out a new one and they refused my request for express delivery to make up for their series of mistakes.You have delayed my business startup. Do NOT use ...

Incorrect Charge & Horrible Customer Service - Buyer beware
The worst customer service. I've gone from love to serious distrust in a matter of weeks. I decided to try Canva Pro using a 3rd party promotion code. The code did not apply and I immediately contacted customer service to have them help me fix it (why not cancel the order and reprocess it?) Customer service is slow to respond and unhelpful - there is a lot of finger pointing and 'there is nothing we can do but wait. I had to get my bank involved. Me encantaba esta aplicación por lo que decidí subir de nivel y comprar CANVA PRO (107,88€, tienes que pagar 1 año) Y ni se nada del dinero ni del paquete. Solo deseo disfrutar de lo que he pagado pero no obtengo ni respuesta por su parte. Decepción total
