I clicked the 30 day trail for Canva…
I clicked the 30 day trail for Canva pro and was charged the £10.99 monthly price which was annoying but it was fine as I would have probably carried on after the trial anyway. However I still don’t have access to any of the premium features? So I’ve spent 10.99 on nothing? The link in their replies to other 1* reviews doesn’t work for me!!

Je suis à bout de nerfs avec Canva! Depuis plus d’un mois vou affirmez m’avoir remboursé Mes 215€ prélevés sur mon compte et je n’ai toujours rien reçu, pourquoi vous n’avez pas eu de souci à prélever et pour rembourser c’est cette catastrophe? Et ne dite pas l’avoir fait quand il n’y a pas de trace sur le compte depuis limite 2 mois! En plus je vous écris des mails et vous répondez simplement affaire close car ça a été traité! Ça sera réglé quand j’aurais mes 215€!

TAKE OFF THE AUTO RENEW SUBSCRIPTION
The website is nice for creating logos and branding in general but I think Canva needs to take off that auto renew subscription because they charged my card when I forgot to cancel my 30 day subscription which I only got because I felt pressured into getting because I wanted to create a logo but what I wanted was locked and honestly I feel as though if you’re going to offer free support then do so if not then that’s ok as well but forcing a 30 day subscription down people’s throats seem ...

8 packages missing, no response!
I'm a school teacher. I love using Cava. I asked my students to design posters for their teachers. But 8 posters out of 10 are missing. I left two messages to Canva, one of them I left my phone number. But it is been one month and half. Nobody from Canva contacted me. I owe my teachers' money. I owe my students' posters.... We are so disappointed. please help me solve this problem! I even had screenshot in the message I sent back to October.

I'm in Love with Canva
I love Canva. I'm pretty sure I will continue using this platform. Super easy to understand, huge amount of free images and structures and really good site for everyone. I highly recommend Canva.

the most annoying tool out there
the most annoying tool out there, i wouldnt recommend this to my enemy, because i wouldnt want them to go through this fastration, this will be my first review i'll ever make online, and its a bad review. I picked a slide to work with, anytime I try to save a change, it just keeps duplicating the next slide over and over, anything i save doesn't save!! i worked hours on this, but still the same rubbish! everything isnt just right with Canva!

Je suis déçu car je vais être prélevé de 107,88€ Sachant que je n’ai pas pu aller résilier l’abonnement à temps car j’ai été malade du au covid.Je peux vous fournir les documents qui le prouvent.De plus j’ai voulu essayer l’essai gratuit mais l’application ne me convient pas.Je vous remercie d’avance de faire le nécessaire car il n’y a pas de service ou les contacter.
