What do you like best? There are 100s of built-in templates in Canva. I can create my design in a few minutes just by using drag & drop, elements, texts & photos. It has tremendously helped me to design graphics for social media. Able to design on-brand social media graphics in a few minutes is a great feat for a digital marketer like me. Étudiante, j'utilise Canva depuis 5 ans maintenant (version gratuite), quelle ne fut pas ma surprise en regardant mes comptes et en y voyant un débit de CANVA de 107,88€ alors que je n'ai souscris à aucun moment à l'offre payante ? Évidemment pas de service client, personne vers qui se tourner, je compte bien remuer ciel et terre pour trouver une solution. 107€ ?? DE QUEL DROIT ??

EVERYTHING DELETED, NO REPLY FROM CANVA

All my designs in my account were DELETED when I asked to 'remove a team'. The team was removed all right but so was all my content. So now i LOST ALL MY DESIGNS. WORST OF ALL:I sent 4 emails and messages to customer service. NO REPLY AT ALL. Hello Canva customer service are you there??? It's so frustrating... please 'see' me...😂

Shameful cancellation practices.

I loved using canva however ran into a problem when switching schools as a teacher and lost access to the email account in which I was paying monthly for (and therefore could not login to canva). They have not resolved the problem as of yet. While I can respect that they want to protect a person's personal information, this is more difficult to cancel that my husband's bank account/credit cards/student loans when he died unexpectedly. Canva support is simply ludicrous

Canva support is simply ludicrous. I have been billed twice in JULY (is now November) by Canva and iTunes for a recurrent subscription. I flagged this and the support team have been stalling to then communicate that was up to iTunes/Apple to apply the refund (which is a lie, as I always get billed through Apple as recurrent subscription) and from their end is all correct.
