This company is fishing for personal information. Tried to delete my account and they keep asking for more information, more than a month trying and only getting more idiot questions. Don't open an account with these people, not to be trusted.

I have just been charged £107.88!!! for a paid subscription I didn’t want or even knew I was signing up for. I have only used the free trail once and for a maximum of a couple of minutes before realising it wasn’t what I was looking for. I feel like I have been conned! I haven’t authorised this payment to be taken from my account but it has been taken anyway! The site won’t let me on to try and cancel something that I wasn’t aware I was going to be charged for. I thought this was something I could use to download and produce my own resume from but it’s actually a complete nightmare? I’ve just paid for a download and can’t edit it.The user guide is non existent - lesson learned but super frustrating!

Tout simplement scandaleux !Je viens d'être débitée de 107 euros alors que j'ai eu fait les démarches de résiliation d'abonnement avant la fin de la période d'essaie.Et bien entendu personne ne répond ou alors de manière très vague afin d'éviter le sujet du remboursement.Tout simplement inadmissible avant les fêtes et en cette période plus que particulière.D'autant plus que les fonctionnalités de cette plateforme sont limitées.
