J'utilise Canva à titre privé depuis très longtemps. Ma société s'est abonnée le mois dernier à Canva Pro afin de fidéliser notre usage de l’outil ! L'offre à 11,99€/mois pour 1 membre (jusqu'à 5 utilisateurs de compte) nous semblait idéale. Nous sommes 4 admins dans cette société, impossible de déplacer cette limite. The Canva PRO, 30 day free trial, is a total and utter SCAM, stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company.I emailed Canva multiple times during my 30 day "free trial" of Canva PRO, I explained that I wanted to, but could not, cancel my "free trial" because I had "no subscriptions" on my Canva account, and the link they sent me resulted in an error message, how convenient.I then provided the exact requirements for Canva to delete my account, (I screenshot all evidence) they refused to delete my ...

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!
I had a subscription for a short time, before cancelling over a year ago. Despite repeated attempts to contact them they have continued to take monthly payments. My account and that of my wife both show we have no active subscription. I have contacted my bank and still the payments continue.

Scandaleux, site à arnaque
Entreprise pas professionnel c’est scandaleux !!! 😡 après 15j d’attentes je n’ai jamais reçu mes 500 depliants, biensur que des réponses automatiques et pas de service client! Je ne recommande pas ce site est une arnaque ! Leur promesse de renvoi sous 3j est un mensonge ça fait une semaine que j’attend et mon colis vient d’être annulé !!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LONG STANDING CUSTOMER
Beware if you are considering using this company. My real estate team has used Canva for several years and sadly, we are just learning that their customer service is non-existent. We recently had an unfortunate situation with multiple files/designs being deleted and it's remained unresolved for over a month despite our expressed urgency. Ich liebe Canva!
Canva und all seine Funktionen ist das beste was ich seit langem gefunden habe. Für Photoshop/InDesign gibt es kaum noch Bedarf. Und ich verstehe nicht, warum hier alle so schlecht bewerten. Ein vermeintlich fehlerhaft abgebuchtes Abo sagt gar nichts über Canva selbst aus! Ich liebe euch! <3

Avoid this company
I signed up for the free trial of Canva and found that it was difficult to use and was not much different from Power Point. I cancelled my subscription and then 2 weeks later I got an email from them that I was about to be billed for a Canva Pro subscription. I thought that maybe I did not fully cancel my subscription since the cancellation process intentionally lengthy and complicated. This site was hacked according to data leak reports by CyberGhost: "In May 2019, the graphic design tool website Canva suffered a data breach that impacted 137 million subscribers. The exposed data included email addresses, usernames, names, cities of residence and passwords stored as bcrypt hashes for users not using social logins.
