Worst customer service ever

I purchased an image on canva but it's still low-resolution. Over several weeks I had several communications with them, each time receiving a canned the instruction that I had to pay for the image to get it high-res. This has never bene resolved after several months.

Broken Customer Service

My organization uses Canva and truly love working with their product, however, trying to reach an actual person to assist with an issue is extremely frustrating. Having to wait more than a day for a response is unacceptable. I'm in the service industry and it is unheard of for us not to respond almost immediately. I even attempted to find someone via LinkedIn - she was courteous, but simply redirected me back to their automated system, which is also broken. We just want to get back to work ...

Canva offre un excellent service

Canva offre un excellent service, autant au niveau design que leur shop d'impression. J'ai commandé des cartes et t-shirts, les deux livrés à temps. À voir les autres commentaires, je dois aussi dire que je n'ai jamais eu besoin de faire appel à leur service après vente, mais une de mes clientes n'était pas ravie de la qualité des cartes de voeux, et Canva les lui a ré-imprimés sur un papier plus haut en qualité et elle n'a dû payer que la différence.

Sold my information???

I ordered from Canva, and several days later, my DC was hacked into, and hundreds stolen. They are the only place that I can think of that had my card info that I haven't either bought from before, or that I didn't know if I could trust. I am suspicious that they possibly sold my information.

I have an account with Canva and pay for canva pro £10.99 per month.This has been up and running since June 2020 but for some reason the last 3 months i have been charged two separate fees, one being taken on the 7th and one on the 15th. Seems like Canva sells your data (email address) to scammers

I urge everyone to consider not using this service. I received scam message after registration at Canva.com saying that I should pay for my microsoft subscription bla bla. I use a unique email address for each registration, that allows me to see when someone sells my data, and seems like it's what has taken place here.

Something is not right here.

I got an email from this company saying we are going to charge you £100 to renew your subscription for one year. I have never used this company but they had the correct card info to charge my bank account. They have no customer service number or email listed on their site. I tried to contact them via Facebook and Twitter as they have no problem manning their social media. But no one would respond. I had to report my card as stolen to avoid their charge.
