Canva deducted an annual payment of 5900+ PhP without any notice. It is holiday season and that's the only money left in my account, they deducted it without any notice. My sister who is a minor used my laptop to try canva once on a trial version. Now we are screwed don't even know how to pay bills and afford food in this season. My sister just used the trial version. I just wished that they sent me a notice beforehand knowing that an email was registered in the account

I am spitting with fury - this site is a scam. They offer a free 7 day trial - I signed up just to see if they would be any good for what I was trying to do - a logo. I then cancelled my subscription and just going through my statements, I see they've TAKEN £107.00 without my permission. No phone number to contact, nothing. There is no way they can justify this - it is daylight robbery

I would put a zero if I had a option, I used this site for 3 days and yet keep getting charged even though I look at my account and it has no subscritions set up.I contact support and they want, where I live, what browser I was using, what operating system, and so much more useless information! Canva is a great tool for the newbie who wants to use it free. Creatively I make Cover and post images using canva. Bad point is that I faced auto-reloading when I work on canva and I think this happens who uses the free plan of canva.

Scam you into subscriptions you didnt ask for

Did a free trial to see if it would work for my school project- deleted my account right after and the account reopens itself every time. Ive been hit with a 119 dollar charge for no reason even though I never subscribed to the service, only a free trial and canceled it right after I decided not to use the website for my work. DO NOT use this website. They will force you into fees you never signed up for and you won't get a notification until it shows up on your bank account activity.
