Order not received. Support responses are useless.
I was happy to find a good design template on Canva for a death announcement. The design and ordering process was pretty good. I got a confirmation email that my order had shipped, with a UPS tracking ID. As with all UPS shipping, the tracking number doesn't work until the package is in the UPS system. So I waited patiently, checking until I got a UPS status. Today, when I checked, the status of the order was "Delivered" with a time this morning, a couple of hours earlier. There was a proof ...

IMPORTANT! Follow up to my previous review
The link provided by Canva in all their replies to negative Trustpilot reviews is the EXACT SAME LINK they refuse to answer questions on the Canva app. They have no intention of refunding anybody.I actually thought for a second Canva were going to refund me!!!! How naive of me.Do not be conned. I have finally accepted that MY MONEY IS LOST.

Shi**iest company I've ever encountered.
They are such pesky and shi**y people. To delete your account you have to send them an email where you are obligated to write what country you are from, attach a design you made with their website, and confirm in text that you want to delete your account. Then that's it? Nope. After almost A MONTH you get back an email where they ask you again if you're sure you want to delete your account, and then only after another month you get an email that finally says that your account has been ...

Could be amazing
Paid for pro. My designs look awesome in the app. Upload to my socials and the quality drops horrendously. Gutted because this could be an awesome app.

Jeg skulle bruge programmet en enkelt gang, og fik det anbefalet. Jeg havde ikke noget abonnement, og har aldrig brugt det siden, alligevel bliver der trukket 119,40 USD fra min konto. Jeg synes det er fuldstændig grotesk at det kan ske! og så med så mange penge. Jeg har kigget på de andres kommentar, og kan se at jeg ikke er den eneste med denne oplevelse!
