Pratique de base, le problème c'est qu'il y a des bugs ! Va expliquer à ton responsable que tu as tout perdu sans raison et que le SAV est inexistant !

I'd like to leave 0 stars

I'd like to leave 0 stars, but this wasn't an option.I've been charged $167.88 Aus with NO NOTICE. I didn't sign up to any payment plans, nor was I given any warning that the free trial of CANVA was going to expire & I be charged this amount.I've seen now that many people have had this experience & aren't receiving refunds. NOT HAPPY!

Je n'ai pas trouvé l'utilité finalement pour moi d'utiliser ce site. J'ai donc résilié mon abonnement, j'ai bien reçu un mail de confirmation de ma résiliation mais CANVA CONTINU A ME PRELEVER SUR PAYPAL !! Je leur ai signalé le problème par mail mais ils continuent à prélever ! ET BIEN SUR AUCUN NUMERO DE TELEPHONE POUR LES JOINDRE.Je suis très mécontente

Onduidelijk, duur en slechte service

Vorige week een bestelling geplaatst. Eerst wordt deze geannuleerd wegens kwaliteitsproblemen van het ontwerp. Vervolgens krijg ik twee keer een mail waarop ik een mail terug stuur met een vraag zonder enig antwoord te krijgen. Toen heb ik de bestelling opnieuw geplaatst en heb ik kaartjes gekregen ipv etiketten ... Onduidelijk, duur en slechte service

Har fået alle mine penge tilbage :D

Jeg oprettede en bruger for at få 30 dags gratis, og det ende med at jeg glemte at afmelde igen, så de trak 119USD fra mig.. Jeg skrev til dem som landet lå og jeg har nu fået alle pengene tilbage.. Har fået en rigtig god service og de er rigtig søde!

Canva Making FRAUDULENT Charges to Credit Card

I normally get the FREE subscription. They billed me over $119 through an unauthorized email account. Canva requested my invoice and a copy of my bank statement to prove they charged my account. After receiving such information, 4 days later they sent me an email claiming I never responded and they haven't heard from me in a while and they were closing the complaint in two days. CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION AND TOOK OUT BILLING INFO - I STILL GOT CHARGED??!!

I got charged $155 without my permission. I already cancelled my subscription a year ago and even took out my billing information. And still got charged??!! There’s even zero customer service support that can immediately contact. It would make sense that i forgot to cancel if i can still access canva pro but no - i am using free canva but got charged money.
