Très décevant

Bonjour J’ai payé un abonnement annuel de 107 euros pour reconduire mon abonnement. Il était donc validé jusqu’en 2022. Je n’ai plus accès à mon compte, cela me dit que le compte n’existe plus ! Et j’ai donc plus accès à mes créations qui datent de plus d’un an. L’année dernière c’était pareil, toutes les données ont été perdu, nous avons du tout rééditer. C’est scandaleux. J’ai envoyé un message à support Arobase canva.com et je n'ai toujours pas de réponse. Cela fait trois jours !!

Je rencontre également un problème suite à une utilisation d'une offre gratuite pendant un mois et que je n'arrive pas à arrêter aujourd'hui. En effet j'ai pu suivre les instructions pour résilier mon abonnement or dans les paramètres de mon profil il n'apparait aucun abonnement. Non-existent customer service

I am so sad. I actually had a subscription to Canva.com and used it a lot. I loved the whole site and created a lot of great things. However, their customer service is basically non-existent. No phone number, no responses to any emails in weeks. Nothing. I no longer have access to an old email that expired. I had updated my new email in my canva account but it still required me to log in and they sent verification to my old address. Thus, I can not get into my account and am paying for ...

I ordered a photo book that I created myself from scratch. It is amazing quality and arrived very quickly. Definitely recommend if you want to personalise and design a photo book for your friend or family as a gift.

Awful customer support!!!

I have the pro version of Canva, I'm happy with the features themselves but seriously, the customer support service?? If you can call that at all!!! What support / customer service TAKES MORE THAN ONE WEEK, each time, to even come back to the customer?!? I'm really at a loss here, Canva is unprofessional and do not care about its customers nor providing solutions or better experience.
