Prints were awful

Prints were not scaled, half was missing, the finish job on the sides was missing, a package was lost, a reprint was ordered, it was frustrating, time-consuming, and I realized I could never trust them to print for me towards my clients. They closed the case before it was solved and had the nerve to ask me to make a new ticket (and re upload, and retell everything from the start). Patience has limits.

I am so frustrated right now! I canceled my subscription the last time they charged me last year. I went into my account and have no active subscriptions, however they took $119.40 out of my bank account today! haven't used carva going on almost 2 years. Confusing website around billing and subscription. Hard to reach customer service.

Design features are good my issue is with subscription and customer service. I tried Pro for a month, liked it and signed up, paid for a year. Even though my account shows I have an active Pro subscription, I can't access the material. I have no teams set up as I'm the only person. What's worse, is it took a long time to figure out how to reach customer service from the website, through countless FAQ screens and a message from them that it could take up to a week to respond. I made a CV and bought it for 5 dollars. Two months i check the site again because i had to make a change and then it says i have to pay 70 frickings dollars because of some stupid subscription!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I ordered stickers, mugs, and a canvas from them. All came back in good standing, except for the mugs. The quality wasn't as expected. Other-than-that, the customer service has been great so far and the quality of the other products I ordered are amazing. Will continue to work with them.

Why No Love for Canva?!

I don't understand why Canva has such a poor overall rating - I absolutely love them! I did upgrade to the paid account so I could use their images royalty-free. I create ads for my Facebook pages and am fairly tech-illiterate. Canva allows me to make professional-looking FB and Instagram posts. Their templates are invaluable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!Terrible!!!! No customer service available! Never received my order, only a different update from Fed Ex daily. i have tried multiple ways to contact them with no success!! I did hear back from Canva, thanks to trustpilot and I was given the email I was given to respond to is INVALID!!!! This just keeps getting better.

Good experience

Used paid for for around a year - found it great for simple logos and templates. Accidentally subscribed for a second year and they refunded it when I asked. All in all a good experience.
