Ils m'ont débité alors que j'ai fait le changement d'abonnement 1 jour avant le renouvellement. La raison ? Je n'ai pas les moyens. 11e peut paraître rien, mais quand on est étudiant et surtout en fin de mois, c'est beaucoup. Donc surtout pas MERCI à Canva et à son système tout pété.

J’ai pris un essaie d’un mois gratuit dans le mois de janvier puis je l’ai annuler mais je suis toujours débité malgré avoir supprimer les données de ma carte bancaire et impossible de contacter le service client, c’est du vol je compte sérieusement avoir recours à la justice si je suis pas remboursé dans les plus brefs délais

I recently placed an order with Canva for 5.5" x 8.5" flyers. My order arrived 8.5" x 11" media. Quite obviously not the product size I ordered. Absolutely Terrible Experience! I bought the Canva service to make thumbnails for YouTube apps and quickly realised that the product wasn't good enough. I cancelled my subscription but was still debited £10.99 from my account. I contacted my bank who said that the subscription is still running. Theft and daylight robbery!!I have never signed up to Canva but when investigating some debits from my account over 10 months of £10.99 a month totalling £109.90 I found these related to a googleplay reference and when I log into my account I see a reference to Canva.
