Je vous déconseille fortement d'opter pour la version payante de Canva... En effet, j'ai souscrit à un abonnement Pro en mars dernier et celui-ci ne fonctionne pas. Nous sommes le 4 juillet et le service client ne répond plus à mes emails depuis le 21 juin... Après 4 mois de relance, ils n'ont toujours pas solutionné le problème. Honteux !!!!Mon JTP est : JTP-1375676 ID-h7bu5m. J'ai renvoyé un mail mais le numéro de dossier a été supprimé, ENCORE ! Cela fait la 3ème fois que ça se produit ...

CANVA unfortunately has a terrible Customer Service process. I have used CANVA for some years and enjoy the design platform. However in the last month, my account and all the designs have gone missing. I am paying for CANVA pro and though they have not recovered my account or resolved the issue, they have continued to direct debit my account for the monthy fee. got an email that says basically how I have been kicked out and all my stuff is deleted unless I sign in again. LOL. Hilarious. As if this treatment make me want to sign in? Stupid Canva people, who do they think they are? These fools treat you as if they gave you a job or something. Losers
