Lies and Runaround for Pro Customers

I have been a Canva Pro customer for 2 years and have been paying for it like clock work. Two weeks ago I went to use my account and noticed it no longer had pro attached. I contacted the customer service and they have given me more and more runaround instead reactivating my account. I have never heard of a business who does not have a customer service department where they can speak with their clientel. Extremely user-friendly.

Terrible paper; worse service

Standard paper is a terrible quality no better than what I could have printed at home. Invitations will very easily be torn trying to get the envelope open. Very disappointed and even more so frustrated by customer service who does not care to resolve the concern.

Just had £99.99 taken out of my bank…

Just had £99.99 taken out of my bank for something I haven’t even subscribe to. Can’t even find on website where this supposed subscription is so I could cancel if it was my mistake. No emails to give notification of payment, no invoice. I have lost my job due to COVID and really could do without this right now!!

Heartbreaking and criminal

Update! As of July 12, 2021, one month & 8 days after I first asked for assistance, I was offered 6 months free pro but still had to be patient because my file is still corrupted.
