mala experiencia, ya había cancelado mi suscripcion y nuevamente aparece el cargo en mi tarjeta, es una estafa porque ni tan siquiera aparece la factura en la cuenta de canva, pero el cobro si está hecho. exijo mi reembolso.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
As a premium account holder with Canva, I have used their templates to create designs for my businesses. I recently created a new logo and was then prompted to purchase business cards. DO NOT buy into this. It is a waste of money. The cards are CHEAP! Even the premium paper is thin and bends completely in half. I contacted them right away to ask for a refund since they offer a satisfaction guarantee. Good luck, they sent me a link to their NO REFUND POLICY! I have ordered more than 2000 ...

Mogelijke scam?
Tot 3 keer betaald (€0,30 totaal) en nog geen premium proefabonnement. Klantenservice komt met standaard antwoorden waar je niks aan hebt. Ik wil gewoon beginnen zonder al deze ellende. De betaling gaat door bij mijn bank, maar de Canva pagina laadt de transactie niet door.

Never signed up for Canva and just been charged for a renewal. Went back a year and found another charge. I’ve somehow been subscribed !!!No way to contact them from website. How do I get a refund ?

Canva Customer Support Sucks
I have been a Pro member for 3 years and never had a problem until now. Tried reaching out to customer supoort multiple times with no response at all. Guess its time to cancel my membership if the reward is to ignore paying customers.

It was good before, bad now...
After your last updates, Canva has turned to a very buggy system. It used to be great, but you've ruined it. When you download pictures now, it does not look like the picture you actually edit. Please just go back to a few months ago! And another bug, if you leave the tab, you can't use the keyboard to copy/paste anymore, you've gotta use your mouse. So things are really just getting worse...

This is a complete fraud
This is a complete fraud. I found the site useless and cancelled my subscription, find out today they have taken £99.99 from my account. I have reported this to my bank. Be aware this crowd are chancers. they do not refund cancellations. Find a different site….I’m going to sue them!

Great tool
Somewhere around there must be a review from me about Canva where I describe it as a toy. Well, I returned some years later to see how Canva is doing now. And I hope I can find this outdated review to withdraw it. Canva has really grown to a very useable tool. I love it. You still need photoshop and illustrator for some tasks (hard to beat), but this is like Spark on steroids.
