It's a fantastic tool - BUT
It's a fantastic tool, that's for sure.But you better not have any issues or questions (that are not on the FAQ page) because if you do - NO ONE will answer you, there is no contact us an email or a phone number - nothing.Very poor "customer support."

NICHT DARAUF REINFALLEN!!Absolute Abzocke! Habe mir Canva Pro geholt, da ich es für mein Unternehmen brauchte. Weder hatte ich Zugang zu den Pro Features, noch konnte ich kündigen! Es gibt keinen Support, man kann sich nirgendwo hin wenden. Es wurden mir 3 Monatsraten á la 11,99€ abgebucht, ohne dass ich dafür auch die Pro Version nutzen konnte! Wenn da der Support nicht wäre
An für sich finde ich das Tool überragend, wenn da nicht der Support wäre. Leider wurde mein Premium Account einfach auf Basis umgestellt, dadurch sind natürlich alle Vorlagen weg. Da die Vereinskommunikation in SocialMedia komplett über Canva läuft und alle CI-Elemente hier gespeichert sind, doppelt schade. Das TicketSystem nimmt zwar automatisiert entgegen, mehr passiert aber auch nicht außer Vertrösten. Auch schade, dass gemeinnützige Vereine den vollen Betrag zahlen müssen. Volker ...

Des voleurs tout simplement. En juillet je test leur offre de premium gratuit pendant 1 mois. Je suis obligé de rentrer ma CB. 1 mois plus tard, alors que j'ai mis fin à mon essai, je suis prélevé. Au second prélévement, j'envoi un mail au service réclamation, qui soit dit en passant, est quasiment introuvable!! Bref j'envoi ma réclamation pour demander un remboursement. Canva customer service is non-existent
Canva customer service is non-existent. Their online "support" offers FAQ and if you have a problem that's not listed you're on your own. Here is what happened. I received an email saying that my subscription was about to renew. Since I didn't want that, I promptly signed into their site and cancelled my subscription. A week later, I get billed for it anyway. I then followed the online steps that Canva gives you in order to ask for refund. The page opened to "No invoices found for this ...
