I have been paying for Canva.com…

I have been paying for Canva.com through Paypal for almost one year and I did not get the Pro feature services paid for. I have ask for the refund or adjust it for renewal of further year with the same payment. I have requested for this, but I have not received any response from Canva. I also could not send any request, the option not available on the dashboard or contact form. I am unable to see any invoices on my canva dashboard for the subscription payments done through Paypal. I canceled my subscription before end…

I canceled my subscription before end of month. They took payment out of my account will not refund. Have to keep another month when I do not want their service. No way to remove all my information from their site. You cannot reach customer service, they do not replay to messages and they steal your money with no refund when canceling. No phone number, beware.

For communication 1 star - no response & no-one to ask. Not even a lonely bot

For communication 1 star. You roll around the help section as they have not got your question and nowhere to ask a 'real' person or bot. Time consuming. We pay for PRO. Says they reply within 24 hours. This is not our company experience to date. Needs sorted to retain customers.

Three months and waiting

Three months I’ve been trying to get a refund or even a response at the very least!I cancelled my pro trial straight away, they took the payment regardless. There’s is no record of pro on my account so can’t use the refund form and they keep saying they’ll pass it on to the relevant team and I hear nothing. I must have sent about 50 emails chasing this. There is no presentation you can't do with Canva: easy and intuitive, even if you don't have design skills.If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend it!

It gets annoying

I like the app, but it gets really annoying, when you are working in a category for example ‘Instagram post category’ and you click on a design even mistakenly and try to go back to the category, instead of it, taking you back to that same category you clicked the design in, it takes you all the way back to the home page, then you have to look for that category again and begin scrolling afresh again. Please fix this.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company! Full of hidden fees, doesn't confirm if there's premium elements on your designs if you have a card assigned to the account. Just happy to take paymentAVOID

Prompt resolution of my complaint - full refund

Amended review...I had posted a one star review about Canva Pro because I had been charged three times after cancelling my son's account. Canva contacted me immediately by email and offered to look into the matter. After looking into the details it transpired that my son had another email account which was linked to his previous Canva account and his Canva Pro account was billed to that email. Looks good and flashy, but fails the job

Looks good and flashy, but as you delve deeper you realise all is not as it appears.We did an awesome design, which required a $2 payment for premium content to download it. Gladly paid, payment taken and then the design disappeared. Gone!Been 7 days, and support is useless. They don't refund payments, but also cannot tell me where my design went.
