They have no customer service

They have no customer service. I can only give 1/5 stars.In my honest opinion Canva is a pretty bad tool. They make functions that should be easy, way more complex than they need to be. You cannot see resolution of an image you choose, that alone makes it a horrible user experience. The good thing is the art people have submitted, pretty decent library I must say.Sorry Canva, 1/5 is what you deserve as this point.

Inexplicable charged

I have been erroneously charged for an account. there is no record of us having signed up and no subscription showing on the Apple Apps store, where we buy our apps. and now no easy way to now get it resolved. I see from this the company does exist, but not sure if this is just a doggy subscription on behalf of the company. have others had this? how did it happen? This is posted just so others know you are not alone.

EXCELLENT

I used to be afraid to start learning how to make image designs because Photoshop was too difficult. This review is for their pretty much non-existent customer service. I'd been away from Canva for about a month and when I went in a week ago, my previous designs were either corrupted (pics overlaying others, words on top of each other) or in the case of a super important presentation, completely disappeared. Dodgy. They say I have an account when I don't.

Never heard of Canva before but just received an e-mail implying I had an account with them and asking me to confirm my e-mail address!! Dodgy. I do not have an account so I suspect they're just collecting valid e-mail addresses to sell on.

If I could give 0.5 star I would. Not only is Canva Customer Support practically non-existent for paying Canva Pro customers, but their app has major technological issues. As a $12.99/month paying customer I have been hit with multiple copyright issues on YouTube when using the music from Canva that I’m paying for. Canva doesn't support non-QWERTY keyboards.

Canva doesn't support non-QWERTY keyboards.This led me to believe that Canva was missing large amounts of functionality, particularly around copy and pasting. Making my work with it an enormous pain. Would give 2 stars but they have functionality as critical as resizing the document somehow a pro feature. Google Slides is a better option.

Unprofessional and misleading

I had an issue when they switched over to making cost of their templates a part of "pro", which means you pay more for "pro". The problem is that we had access to these templates already and built marketing/advertisement consistencies with and now do not have access to them unless we pay more. i have just discovered this company has…

i have just discovered this company has taken out £99.99 from my account and i had no idea anything was set up as i had no email or anything to confirm this, i am currently feeling desperately upset as they have not responded to my email and i have no idea what to do or who to turn to. i desperately need them to contact me but i hold out little hope. please help
