I'm pro user of Canva ❤️
Canva is my go-to when I need to create any kind of graphic. It's easy for beginners and experts alike to use, and has helped me in all my business ventures. I especially love the variety of templates that are offered in different categories, which has saved me so much time when designing projects.

Garbage
Garbage. They make you sign up for the PRO version but you cannot print the finished product on a normal printer. I HATE this company. Who would create a layout for a normal flyer and make the printing size out of range. SCREW THIS COMPANY. Save your money and design your own layout.

Nice idea, poorly executed.
The idea behind Canva is a good one and it promises to deliver much but fails in a major way.They provide lots of great content - photos, video, animations, etc. all which can be used with a Pro account. Great... until you try and put something together and realise just how crippled the app itself is. For instance, they have green screen videos that you can use... but no way of keying out the green screen🤷♂️. Same with some of the moving graphics. I just don't understand why you would ...

Will my X-mas gift be on time?
I ordered 4 t-shirts for X-mas. To make sure to get the gift in time i paid extra for fast delivery. Still no sign of the parcel, nor any feedback through customer service. It seems that service non existent. Please Canva, get this sorted out?!

Customer Service Team were incredible and quick to solve my issue
There was an issue where I was being billed incorrectly but the customer service team were absolutely brilliant. They responded immediately and sorted the situation within a day.

WARNING DO NOT USE CANVA! Zero customer support and technical bugs.
Friendly warning - do NOT use Canva. As many have already said here, it's impossible to get any customer service support if you run into any issues. Wasted countless hours creating a project, then Canva had a technical bug, tried to reach out to them via email, social media, Canva website, but zero response after days of waiting and reaching out many times. This is a horrible company, I have had this stupid company charge me the last months $12.99, every month I go to the website to try a cancel, ANY company that makes it this difficult for customer/subscriber to cancel. You're decieving and dishonest anf F'ing Bulljive company. Canva INCREDIBLY IRRESPONSIBLE
Canva has been INCREDIBLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND IRRESPONSIVE after something on THEIR end deleted hundreds of my design files. The first response to my request for help was a very generic email about making sure I was logged in to the correct account! Really Canva?! I provided details regarding what happened and sent links from my browser history to files I had just worked on, that were GONE (File not found error (404)).
