Overall a very easy software to use. It is extremely user friendly and it allows us to store, share, and update content with others effortlessly. This software has allowed us to be much more efficient and has allowed team members to collaborate with updating and storing files and information.

Canto works well and made life easier for us

What do you like best? The tagging and search are absolutely the best, easiest to use features. It's the best tagging and search mechanism I've seen for a DAM (which isn't saying a whole lot. The reporting features are great, too. We can easily see what's getting downloaded, what tags are most common, what search terms are most common and what's being uploaded. Scalable, Easy to Use and Great Customer Service!

What do you like best? Scalable: We looked at many different options for a Digital Asset Management solution. After extensive research and demos, we landed on Canto in part because we were able to easy scale up as our use increased. We love that we are able to move Contributor licenses between users. It works exceptionally well, especially once it's set up. Organization can be a little difficult, but overall it's a valuable tool that has made our lives here a lot easier. Would recommend.

Excellent choice for digital asset…

Excellent choice for digital asset management. Canto has this right. Able to handle large numbers of photographs with intuitive search function and the ability to share portfolios with clients. Robust tagging and keywording functions as well.

Superior Program

This is an excellent program, easy to use, easy to setup, very intuitive and I would suggest this to anyone that needs to share any digital assets.

Simple to set up, Easy to use

What do you like best? Canto is very simple to get started, the folder structure works similar to what you already use on your computer or on Dropbox, so recreating that is quick. What do you dislike? I would love some type of desktop program similar to what Dropbox provides. There seems to be some version for Mac, but not for Windows. Canto

The Canto interface is very intuitive. The tagging system allows me to find specific assets instantly. The in-system editing to crop and resize prior to download is a big time-saver. Very detailed metadata helps me stay organized.
